The seller - Elegant English Kitchens

The purchaser - The customer

Elegant English Kitchens, will deliver the kitchen furniture and any other items, as specified on the floor plan if one is required, and the email quotation and specification provided.

Once the quotation and all details are accepted, any additional items requested that are not listed on the specification, would be chargeable to the client.

At the time of placing the order with the deposit stated. The seller will give a delivery date for the kitchen and any other items ordered by the purchaser.

The seller will then confirm the delivery date seven days prior to delivery. The seller will not be held financially responsible for any delays caused by the following,

Detail changes made after the order has been placed, any delays caused by others, out of the control of the seller. Acts of god out of control of the seller.

If for any reason the purchaser is delayed from the agreed delivery date, the seller will store the kitchen and any other items ordered, free of charge up to eight weeks, after the agreed delivery date. However the kitchen must still be paid for by the purchaser.

The purchaser is also welcome to view the kitchen and any other items ordered in the sellers premises, at any time through manufacture.

Upon request the seller will provide weekly photos or video, to the buyer, to show progress, of the contracted item / items. During its manufacture.

Payment terms are as follows, upon placing the order , the seller would require a twenty five percent deposit, this payment can be made by a, electronic bank transfer directly to our bank.

The balance payment of seventy five percent, is due one day prior to delivery. This payment can be also be made by electronic transfer.

The purchaser has the option of paying on delivery if requested, by an immediate electronic transfer. The seller will not leave the kitchen at the purchasers premises without a cleared payment, being made into Elegant English Kitchens, bank account. If on the delivery day, for some reason the purchaser is unhappy with an item, the cost of that item will be removed from the balance , then the seller will remove the item from the delivery, and resolve the item/items, then the seller will re-organise a new delivery date with the buyer.

The quality of the kitchen delivered by the seller, will be equal to the sellers displays, and kitchens displayed online.

The kitchen is constructed from natural products, and can move slightly, depending on the moisture level in the purchasers premises.

Any of the sellers natural wood products purchased, will vary in grain and colour, and can contain character, unless order a prime material. The kitchen or item needs to be stored by the purchaser prior to installation, in a dry environment. The seller will not be held responsible for items, stored in a damp environment. For example a garage, or anywhere, that is not a normal dry heated environment.

The seller agrees to provide a life long guarantee, with all the kitchen furniture provided to the buyer, the guarantee covers any failure in any component, used within the specification, The guarantee does not include breakage.
